Woah Vicky is the online handle of teenage social media personality Victoria Waldrip. Online, Waldrip has been widely compared to Danielle Bregoli and accused of cultural appropriation, leading her to make the controversial claim that she considers herself a part of the Black race. MY experience with Woah Vicky is not much, but from the few videos I've seen, I know what she is about. Woah Vicky is a Danielle Bregoli copycat who saw the immense amount of fame and money that Bregoli was receiving and decided to hop on the bandwagon. In my opinion, unlike Bregoli, Woah Vicky is annoying and immature and 100% racist. I give her a 1 solely because I like to watch her videos in cringe compilations .

This meme exploits many theorists' belief that there may be a secret government force watching over our texts and emails. The Illuminati is the most theoriorized institution. According to popular belief, major celebrities and political figures are members of the Illuminati. Applying that knowledge to this meme, the jokes made about the FBI/Illuminati texting someone is when that someone proposes an intelligent idea that is supposed to be a secret. I give this meme a 5.6 due to its versatility and comedic aspects.
Google has recently added a new feature to their one-year-old app Google Arts and Culture and it has gone viral. On December 15, 2017, Google introduced a face-recognition feature that allows users to compare their selfies to any portrait in the world. While some users had good experiences, others were shocked by their results. A lot of the time, genders were confused and ugly paintings offended several. The meme spawning from this is the massive failures resulting from the newfound technology. I give this meme a 4.5.
